Poll: Best Character Customization in a Game

For customizing how your character will play, I'm going to have to go with Oblivion.

For customizing how your character looks, I think Dragon Age 2 is the best game for making characters that aren't all ugly.

I've always viewed Customization as one of the most important things in Video Games. The choice to define yourself with clothes, facial features, dyes, etc., adds to the game and adds great immersion. However some games I find there is no point in it, such as JRPG's or games like God of War (Where there is no such thing). MMO's such as Champions Online has great customization, possibly the greatest. I can create a monster version of Jay Leno if I wanted.
