They're all good. I would have all 5.

But for me, it's a tie between Point Lookout, Broken Steel and The Pitt.

The only one I haven't played is Mothership Zeta, but aside from that one I'm liking Point Lookout the best so far, if only because it's so damn challenging. Good atmostphere as well, but it feels like I'm needing to play smarter in this DLC than the others.

My Broken Steel was (Literally) broken. I couldn't get past the first Enclave base, so the only thing I got out of it was unfairly hard enemies (Overlords and Reavers). Point Lookout in awesome in every way imaginable and so it gets my vote.

Voted Broken Steel. Such a good DLC.

Operation Anchorage was good, but once I'd done the mission it felt finished. Although the Chinese Stealth Suit is fucking amazing.

Point Lookout was a disappointment. It was just so boring! The atmosphere didn't get me, not like the main world did. Again, it felt like there was nothing else to do there after the mission.

Mothership Zeta was a mess. I found it more a chore trying to kill the aliens with the shiny shields, they were impervious to EVERYTHING! Hell, I even used up my supply of mini nukes to deal with them!
The story wasn't that great. The girl was annoying as anything. Although the interactions on the ship were pretty good (making Raiders and radscorpions fight) and the fight with the other ship.

I never got Broken Steel, so it could be the greatest thing ever and I wouldn't know.

So yeah, Broken Steel was the only DLC that I felt was worth the money.

Broken Steel makes the came quite a bit longer...which is why it has my vote.
Operation Anchorage gave the stealth suit though, which is wonderfully fun though.

Only thing with Broken Steel is Super Mutant Overlords which are just horrid to kill...worse than Behemoths in my opinion.
When I hired Jericho to come with me he just ran out and got tri-lasered.

I found Operation Anchorage the most fun, It did get a little grindy near the end and it did add overpowered weapons and armour but who cares! It was great fun.

Broken Steel obviously wins because of the vast gameplay improvements, but The Pitt had the best atmosphere by far of any of the DLC's. If the Pitt was only a few hours longer and had a bit more stuff to go with it, it could very easily have been the #1 favorite.

Point Lookout was the best in terms of it's content. Broken Steel raised the level cap but the content itself wasn't terribly interesting. Mothership Zeta and Operation Anchorage essentially turned the game into a poor man's shooter. The Pitt comes in behind Point Lookout in terms of the quality of the content. Were I to rank them in terms of enjoyment, it would look something like this:

Point Lookout
The Pitt
Broken Steel
Operation Anchorage
Mothership Zeta
