I was shocked that she wasn't in the poll. It baffles me how anyone can be that versatile, even if a lot of her best work is in anime, rather than games (still, Katherine from Catherine and Etna aren't exactly nobody characters, and she does a really good job with both). And the poll said nothing about being games only, so when we add in Nagato, Tsukasa, Yoko, and the rest, I don't see anyone else matching up.

That's Claudia Black. Doesn't sound much like her, but it is her.
Oh. Yeah, I imagine that huge numbers of people will remember Claudia Black as "That chick from Crysis who sounds absolutely nothing like Claudia Black"

Your original point:

She's a live-action actress. She doesn't count, no matter how awesome her voice is.
I just gave three major roles she played, rendering you completely, utterly, totally wrong, and yet you still struggle! I guess I should admire your blind stubbornness and will to win.

But if you want to be pedantic, then fine. She'll instead be remembered for the scathing, extended and fantastic performance of Morrigan, one of the best characters in Dragon Age, who's part could extend from near the beginning all the way to the end.

So you're wrong. Accept it.

No, she'll be remembered for her role on Fargate. If a few other people happen to know that she did some voice work on the side, then that doesn't really change the fact that 99% of the people who know who she is know her from Fargate.

Are we suddenly going to claim that John Goodman is a voice actor just because he was in We're Back!, The Emperor's New Groove, and Monsters, Inc.? Of course not. He's always going to be "that guy who played Roseanne's Husband". Are we going to claim that William Shatner is a singer/musician just because of his musical career? No, he's always going to be Kirk.
Ohhhhh, I see the issue here.

You see, I define a voice actor as "someone who voices animated characters". You have a bizarre, arbitrary stipulation of "It must be the thing they do most". I see.

Hell yes William Shatner is a singer/musician. He had a musical career! Is it really so mind-boggling that people can be defined by multiple things?

Also, "Morrigan is not widely known"?

Who's in their own little adorable world now?
