Fable 2! Although that was released last week, so I'm not sure why it's in this poll. Second would be Mirror's Edge for me.

Left 4 Dead is the next release I'm most looknig forward to. May more than Resistance 2 and Gears of War 2.

From what I've seen it's a spectacular looking action game in FPS view that's based around parkour (free running). So I imagine there'll be a lot of dizzying building-to-building jumping, diving, leaping and whatnot.

Its meant to revolutionise jumping in fps games
