Bouncers. Especially with their Elite colour scheme. It is mainly the drill that makes me like them. I grew attached to them almost instantly. The Big Sister is definitely the most badass though.

Tie between the Big Sister and the Bouncer.

When I played Bioshock and ran into a Rosie, I entered a tough firefight with the occasional telekintetic grenade toss back, but usually ended up victorious.

When a Bouncer came along I would run like crap, spraying every inch of ammo I had in the hope of killing it before it got too many drill hits in. Outside of Electric tripwire kills I never killed a Bouncer without dying a time or two first.

The Big Sister looks like a threat worse than the Bouncer, but my past experiences push him into a tie with him and the Big Sister.

Odd I thought it looked the most relaxed. I like how these images make them all look timid or weak. The bouncer looks like an insect specimen, but it still gets my vote. But only for the white and red one that shows up later in the game.
