my favorite is the new 360 slim, sickkkk looking, although after that it might be the ps2 or dreamcast..the ps3 i dont care for in "cool looking"

I guess I'll go with the PS3 since you said we couldn't use redesigns (but can use alternate colors or special edition ones like the FFXIII PS3, which is weird since a redesign has a new scu, making it a different product) in which case I'd say the top loading NES.

On topic: The original PS3. I love that shiny, black monolith.
Both versions of the PS3, but the slim is superior though. The old PS3 model was quite shiny and amusing to look at, but it'd get smudged very easily. The slim however, lost a bit of that shinyness, but is more sleek and elegant in design.
