Ah a man who has seen the light. The Cosmic sagas of Marvel in my oppinion have been far greater in quality than the recent fare in crossovers.

Wow, Red Hulk? Isn't he universally hated by most of the fans? I forgot what author did it,

It's another of Jeph Loeb's crimes against comics fans. He was a good writer (look at Batman : The Long Halloween) but after his son died, which was quite sad, the quality of his writing plummetted. So while I feel for the guy, he's been totatally butchering other's creations (especially Ultimates).

Of those listed I prefer Gambit. My personal favourite would probably be Jessica Drew or Jones. Shut up.

Though I'm also a fan of Ares and Jessica Jones.

Because they're far too awesome for most people. But yeah the cosmic setting is very underrated compared to how awesome it has been right now.

He's blown up a London bus and iirc in one universe he blows up the planet \o/ Also he becomes one of the 4 horsemen.

Well I chose Spider-Man as a first choice because he's an actual person. Bruce Banner constantly whines about having super powers (like most teenage girls and I have no clue why), Wolverine is badassery incarnate to the point he's just stupid. There is really nothing in the world besides Magneto that can kill Wolverine so the suspenseful build-up is just redundant and boring.

Captain America is cardboard. I like Thor, Thor is awesome..... but he's no spider-man. And Gambit....... well I like Gambit, he's funny. But he reminds me of every person I've ever disliked in my life, just with a funny accent.

So go Spider-Man!

Bruce has every reason to whine, he cant control the Hulk, and because of the Hulk he's lost everything he loves and people are constantly trying to kill him.
So Hulk gets my vote, with Wolverine as an incredibly close second
