Poll: Best of the Halo games (Halo fans only)

I'm going to Halo CE here but my opinion may change on September 22 when ODST comes out because I'm liking the looks of that game.

CE got me into it, and 3 brought it back to where it needed to be. ODST looks amazing, and I have high expectations for Reach(don't care how much hate the series gets, i'll still play 'em and i'm sure the haters will too haha).

oh and theater pisses me off because you can't skip forward in a video and you can't record in campaign.

Halo 3 spills unicorn rainbow colors that hurt my eyes And what's with everyone faces? Halo: CE could use more polygons.

Halo 2 had a darker feel with a flushed out environment that just feels better suited for the game.

each to his own. i think i prefer halo 3's because of it's HD detail and great (in my opinion) lighting engine.

Way to contribute, Yes Call of Duty was a good game however now we are trying to talk about Halo. So maybe you should either learn how to read a title, or just stop spewing whatever happens to pop into your head

On topic I really liked all three for multiplayer, the campaign/story was good and all, though I found Halo 2's ending a bit of a piss off, and Halo 3 slightly lacking. I didn't like Halo War's because of it's simplified control scheme, and base setup. Plus, for me, RTS will always be on my PC. Halo ODST has peaked my interest and I'll be keeping an eye on it, and Reach...well when I hear more about it I'll look into it. I read the book so I'm looking forward to the battle of Reach.

Halo: Combat Evolved for story, but for re-playability, definitely Halo 2 online.

Well for multiplayer, probably Halo 3. Otherwise Halo 2. Peopl say it's terrible the campaign sucks etc, etc but honestly I had a lot of fun with it.
