Poll: Best robot ever?

Best humanoid machine. No AIs, like Shodan, HAL, or Smith. I can't decide between Bender and Tom Servo. Other will probably win, since I'm sure I left a bunch out. I was tempted to put the Robot Chicken humping robot in, but Awesome-O, while not a robot, is still better.

And Arnold's a cyborg.

I love all robots equally. Some are just more equal than others. So....Deputy Weld. When he was accidentally killed by a brotherhood paladin with a gatling laser, I wanted to reload a save to kill him before he committed the heinous act. I didn't, but still, the thought crossed my mind.
