Below are links to the two most famous pieces of literature on the topic of death: Crossing the Bar by Lord Alfred Tennyson and Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night by Dylan Thomas.

So which way do you want to go? Peacefully and accepting of death like in Crossing the Bar, or fighting to the last minute, relishing every living moment, not giving up even at the end, like in Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night?

[singing]"Someone has to vace the valley, Rush in we have to rally and win, boys. When the world is saying not, by God you know you got to march on, boys. Never hold back your step for a moment, Never doubt that your courage will grow, Hold your head even higher and into the fire we go!"[/end singing]

Yeah sorry about that. It's from one of my favorite musicals, "The Scarlet Pimpernel". Anyway, the point is I'll never stop fighting.

Commendable. I think about this literally every day. Is the hardest question I've ever thought about. I voted going peacefully and accepting, but my mood flips back and forth. I just saw a really good Scrubs episode about Death, so thats the reason for my current opinion.
