Poll: Bioshock or Mass Effect?

My vote goes for Bioshock, but only if you're literature-minded like I am. I was able to get so much out of Bioshock's story that I found myself enjoying it more thinking and discussing about it later than really playing. If you're into that sort of thing, go for Bioshock. It's about as deep as the ocean it's set in.

But if it's just the game that you're looking for, I'd say Mass Effect.

Um, yeah. B.I.O.S.H.O.C.K. 'Cause no offense to Mass Effect, it's a well written game with everything but combat being perfect. Compared to combat Bioshock trumps ME magnificently. And Bioshock's story is good enough that if you wanted to get ME for its story but got Bioshock instead you're still not missing out on a really good narrative game.

You do realize that you could be playing an awesome game right now instead of polling randoms on an internet forum which awesome game is better (today).

Well actually no, I cant. I'm away from my gaming rig for a few days so I wont be able to play either for a while.

It really depends on what type of game you want. If you want more of an RPG go with Mass Effect. If you want more of a shooter go with Bioshock. I personally like Bioshock because it has the progression of an RPG without you having to worry about managing anything. I hate menus=P

Wow im kinda sad that Bioshock is losing i mean bioshock imo was a lot better in every way and when you play it right ir is crazy scary and is a fun gaming experience...its like not even close what the hell Escapist Magazine Forum users...
