As much as I wish I would, I *hate* having a needle in my veins.
I've had two blood tests and both times I found it very uncomfortable. It's not the jab of the needle that I dislike. That is over and done with, with a lot of irrational dread before hand. Blood tests you feel the needle deep in you and it stays there for a bit. 10 seconds? But it feels a lot longer.
I imagine it'd be a similar sensation as donating blood, but they would take a lot more than just a few vials.
Obtaining an organ doner's card is something I've seriously considered however. Mainly because you won't feel them remove your organs asI'd have (hopefully) died a natural death of old age.

It's because The Canadian Blood Service say that since I'm gay, even though I've never had sex before, I automatically have HIV/AIDS and want to infect people with my blood, so they ban me.
