Blue since that's the primary Portal.

BTW Can we stop talking about Portal now? It's been 3 months and anybody who still says "The Cake is a lie" should be hanged, drawn and quartered!

Blue's my favourite colour so I'll have to go with that. Which is odd because I mostly go through the orange and exit the blue. I don't know why. Habit?

I shall be cool and non-conformist and go with orange here. I have a thing for fire and orange is closer.

This is such a pointless thread... Sigh...

Also, the cake is a lie. Where's my gallows, horse, and ax?

does one get drawn by a horse? Seems a bit excessive just for pulling inards out. unless I've been misinformed as to the drawn part...

Wasn't the drawn part just being dragged along in the dirt to add to the humiliation? I've never heard anything to do with innards.

Well, to be quartered could be done with a horse (four horses, actually). Of course, being drawn by a horse would probably be more painful, if possible, considering the nerves of the intestinal track aren't specifically designed for pain. Though I do th... oh no! A Haiku Portal!

For the good of all of us
This was a triumph.

Even if you quartered me
I'm GLaD I got burned.

Anyway this cake
Is great, so delicious and
Moist, it's hard to share.

When you are dieing,
I feel fantastic and I'm

There were two types of 'drawn'; "detrahatur", for drawing as a method of transport and "devaletur" for disembowelment. So you're right that drawn was used to drag them to the execution point, but being drawn (your guts and genitals cut out and burned before you) was part of the punishment (after the hanging, before the quartering).

Orange because, as they say, I'm Still Alive.

Mainly because that was the closest one to the button I pushed for the incinerator near GLaDOS.

Orange, because I have an orange Logitech G15 and my G5 is predominantly orange.

I find your knowledge of methods of torture both interesting and disturbing. Watch Braveheart much?

Wikipedia, actually. That and I relatively recently finished studying the early history of Europe. You'd be shocked how common torture and thinly veiled political executions there were. Otherwise, yes, that would be disturbing.

The beautiful combination of the two that allows you to go wherever you want within visible distance.
But I prefer to stick things into the blue one...
