The worst time was with my ex-wife. She became very religious while I was deployed for 6 months while I was in the Air Force. She woke up one night and caught me taking care of buisness after she feel asleep. She told me if I jerked off while looking at porn or thinking about another woman it was the same as cheating...yeah we got a divorce soon after. I can't handle that level of crazy.
Nope, but some kid at my school(big military college) got caught by the morning inspection team(basically a few officers making sure rooms aren't trashed). I laughed my ass off when I heard.
I've never been caught but a friend of mine has a few times by his mother... though danger wanks aren't exactly getting caught more like just not being quick enough. His mother has vowed revenge.

I'm pretty sure my mom noticed. What's worse is that when she left my room she shouted something to her sister. I don't speak a word of the language, but judging from the laugh I can probably guess what she told her.
I was nearly busted once, because some people can't fucking knock. Luckily my monitor and keyboard tray obscured the view just enough.
My house knocks because I made a massive argument one day when I was a teenager from people just walking in. Basically it amounted to "I know this is your house, but I am the only person who maintains this room, therefore I should deserve privacy in this room. I don't work, but I earn an education, blah blah blah." Ever since everyone knocks first. I do the same back. Seriously, family or not, it should be common courtesy to knock if the door is shut, but apparently people have an agenda of walking in on something they rather they didn't.

but OT, nearly, several times. not on purpose, but i was pretty quick to react. pretty sure whoever almost caught me knew what i was doing at the time, but never actually caught me. same goes for when i had special company around, never been caught, but almost have a couple of times, the girls usually felt more embarrassed about that than me though
Too many fucking times to remember, and christ do i not want to remember. I did however get away with having a wank next to my sleeping girlfriend in bed when she wasnt in the mood. Im not sure how she would have reacted but it felt like snatching victory from the jaws of defeat.
