That's right. I don't care if you use the PeeCee, sexbox 360 or the PeeEss3, I want to know about people's characters in Fallout.

1 - What skills did you choose and why?

2 - What kind of character do you play. In a roleplaying sense, if you're even into that?

3 - Are you a creepy crawler, armored fury, or something in between? (stealth, direct combat)

4 - Is your karma good or bad?

5 - What weapons do you use? What's your favorite battle plan?

6 - What settlement you like best and why?

7 - Where do you lay low? (meaning your house, if you even have a permanent place)

8 - Is Three Dog annoying?

9 - Your favorite area? You prefer ruins and rubble, rocks and sand or tunnels and limited light?

10 - You have any companions?

1) Explosives. KABOOM.
2) K-A-B-O-O-M.
3) See 2.
4) *reverse pickpocket plasma mine*
5) See 1
6) Megaton. There was a bomb in the middle.
7) There's this little church in the west-north-west of the map that used to house a sniper.
8) No.
9) Enclave base. Lots of grenades and mines.
10) Dogmeat who can't die thanks to the console.

1. Small guns, sneak, speech, medicine. Reasons. I like small guns, I like stealth, I like winning speech challenges and I like being able to stay alive.
2. Good guy who then veers off into insanely evil at random.
3. Creepy fury. If that makes sense.
4. At my last check, I was good.
5. I use hunting rifles, assault rifles, Chinese Assault Rifles and any Unique Small Guns. My favourite battle plan involves one word. "CHARGE!"
6. Underworld if I remember it's name correctly. If that isn't it, the city of ghouls. I spent a lot of time there for some reason.
7. See 6.
8. No. Not to me anyway.
9. I like scavving around the DC Ruins, mainly the Capitol Building and the area behind that.
10. Only Dogmeat, but he spends most the time at my house or outside Vault 101.

1. Small guns, thought it would be more of a challenge
2. Jack of all trades...that can also pick locks
3. Crawler, usually. But I (mostly) get caught and hilarity ensues
4. Good
5. Combat Shotgun, I make up plans as I go
6. Paradise Falls, until I made a mistake and they all tried to kill me
7. There's a tent south of some satellite towards the north of the map
8. Yes, I never listen to the radio, the battle music is awesome
9. I like to explore the wasteland, not much a D.C. person...
10. Used to have Dogmeat. He died, and now I refuse to let my char eat dogs because it is too "traumatizing"

1)Small Guns and Sneak
2)Stealth as long as I can, run and take cover (or take potshots) when I need to.
3)Creepy crawler
4)Wildly fluctuates depending on what I'm doing in the game. During my time playing the main quests/DLCs/and sidequests it was overall neutral. If we're talking at the endgame, leaving me to my own devices it depends on if I decide to go around freeing people or if I feel like enslaving/murdering people.
5)Magnum revolver. Sniper rifle. Plasma rifle/whatever that gun from the Android quest is called/Alien Blaster. Combat shotgun. Battle Plan? My favorite is coming from corners or rooftops, murdering a dude, hiding, working my way around, and murdering a dude. I like to play it was though it were a Splinter Cell game.
6)Rivet City. Megaton is cool and all, it's just not a carrier-turned city.
7)Anywhere available
8)Originally, when I hadn't heard all of his rants no. But then it started repeating itself, so yes. It's like listening to VCPR on GTA:Vice City.
9)Favorite area? Urban ruins, I hate metro tunnels.
10)That nympho slave from Paradise Falls.

1- Medicine, Speech and Repair were my tag skills and my other major skills were small guns and big guns (each of those reduces the need for me to go to shops because I used my resoucres up while out and about)

2- I play as a heroic yet sociopathic mercenary who's personal mission is to eliminate every last raider, slaver and mutant (and pretty much anyone else who isn't innocent, helpless or clearly one of the good guys) in an attempt to make the Wasteland a safer place.

3- I'm the Juggernaut, *****!

4- I'm ultimately good but I probably go more towards being chaotic good since I'm very much a fan of telling NPC's to go fuck themselves.

5- My favorite weapon has to be either the flamer or the gatling laser (also, the Tesla cannon) and I prefer the direct approach (in other words, burst through the door firing and shouting 'Let's rock!')

6- My favorite settlement has to be Paradise Falls (plenty of bad guys to kill and some rather nice loot to collect from said bad guys).

7- My home in Megaton (complete with the love machine theme, bobble head collection and a desk decorated with items I like the look of).

8- I don't really listen to him so I can't comment.

9- I prefer being in the confines of either the underground tunnels or office buildings since it makes it easier to aim at enemies (in case you hadn't figured it out, I like shooting things, I like it even more when I hit).

10- I've got Fawkes waiting for me in the Citadel but I usually work alone (I get very paranoid about the risk of friendly fire).

1 - What skills did you choose and why? Pew Pew Pew!!!!

2 - What kind of character do you play? Primarily a lazer warrior!

3 - Are you a creepy crawler, armored fury, or something in between? Move faster than they can shoot, and put lots of laser blasts in their heads.

4 - Is your karma good or bad? As much good as i can

5 - What weapons do you use? What's your favorite battle plan? Grenades first, then lazers. Hit hard and fast with as much power as possible. Then clean up.

6 - What settlement you like best? The oil rig in the bay that i built with the G.E.C.K.

7 - Where do you lay low? Same as above.

8 - Is Three Dog annoying? He's better than President Eden.

9 - Your favorite area? You prefer ruins and rubble, rocks and sand or tunnels and limited light? Trees

10 - You have any companions? Charon

1 - What skills did you choose and why?
Small weapons and sneakies. Got me a sniper and went on a sniping-spree.

2 - What kind of character do you play?
A good girl with the tendancy to dress snappy.

3 - Are you a creepy crawler, armored fury, or something in between?
Crawler, no doubt about it.

4 - Is your karma good or bad?
Good. Always have been.

5 - What weapons do you use? What's your favorite battle plan?
Run up hill with sniper and start shooting some raiders.

6 - What settlement you like best?
Not a whole lot, really. I kinda liked Oasis, if that's a settlement, but that's only 'cause there's a talking tree.

7 - Where do you lay low?
Nowhere. I don't lay low, people lay low when they see me.

8 - Is Three Dog annoying?
Only when he repeats himself.

9 - Your favorite area? You prefer ruins and rubble, rocks and sand or tunnels and limited light?
I prefer ruins. They have loot.

10 - You have any companions?
None. I'm always fussing about their safety. And they can't ninja for heck.

1) Sneak. And small, energy and melee weapons.
2) Very helpful chap who likes money a bit too much.
3) I crept around in a welding mask and a brown suit. When not in combat, I wore a trilby.
4) My karma was very good.
5) I generally stuck to the shadows, laid a couple of mines down and shot the enemy in the head.
6) Rivet City, I liked the variety of things to buy there.
7) Lay low? If I felt like doing that I'd go out and explore the wastes until I found a handy shack or diner.
8) No, I liked to listen to the radio.
9) I always liked DC, at least, the non-super mutant areas of it. I have an eternal grudge against them.
10) None, I'm sneaky. But if I felt like rushing in, all guns blazing, I'd look for Fawkes.

1 - Small Guns, Repair, and Sneak. They were useful...

2 - I play a merc who has some morals but will do most jobs if it pays well.

3 - In between. For most enemies, I'll place a sneak shot then go in guns a blazing. Other's I'll sneak up on and beat the shit out of with my fists (Such as Overlords)

4 - Neutral

5 - Old Painless for weaker enemies/wasteland. Xuanlong for DC area and tougher/multiple enemies. Terrible Shotgun for CQB. And fists only for the strongest enemies in the game.

6 - Megaton/Rivet City

7 - Megaton house

8 - Meh, I don't listen to GNR much

9 - Ruins and rubble. Good cover and larger areas are what I like. I can make a good shot, with range that would be hard for the enemies.

10 - Me and Charon wander the wastes together, Dogmeat sometimes comes with us, but when we go inside DC it's just me and him.

1 - LAZERS

2 - The LAZER kind. (In the way: NPC:"Would you save my kitty?", ME:"I'ma chargin mai LAZER".

3 - LAZERRR.

4 - Good.

5 - LAZER rifle. Then DLC came and got TRI-LAZER Rifle.

6 - The Citadel as there are people shooting LAZERS there all the time.

7 - Sleep is for NPCs.

8 - No.

9 - Raven Rock cause is very LAZERISH.

10 - Fawkes. LAZER gatling gun FTW.

OP here. I'm pleasantly surprised that we have more people with good karma. I always thought that the majority likes to be evil or at least just plain chaotic.

It's good to know because I'm the opposite of evil in games. I always strive to work for the good of everyone and I never harm civilians. I have the tendency to spare even the enemies that get to slip past or the ones that don't pose a direct threat to me anymore. (like if they're the last one of their team)

1 - Small Guns, Repair and Medicene. For practicality.

2 - Cranky git who swears a lot. But primarily a good character.

3 - I try stealth until it becomes impractical, which tends to be rather quick.

4 - I suppose I'd have to put it as "Chaotic Good."

5 - SMGs/rifles mostly, with excessive use of V.A.T.S headshots. If all goes tits-up, whip out the Fat Man.

6 - Megaton, probably.

7 - Again, Megaton.

8 - ...a bit.

9 - Metros, because of how unpredictable they are, or the northern wastes.

10 - Fawkes. For support/BFG's.

1 -
Small guns, repair, medicine and everything I need to survive (at the end of the game I had maxed almost everything, while hacking was still at 25)

2 -
I prefer shooting anything that is acting up, and reward anyone nice to me. I pass judgement upon the evil people in the world! Rawr!

3 - Powerarmour, shoot and cover.

4 - +1000, saviour of mankind!

5 - Get close and personal, strafe around with my shotgun pointing at their face. At smaller enemies I use grenades (at 95% accuracy in VATS and 3x eplosive maniac it slaughters just about anything)

6 - Megaton, Moria is a lovely lady ;)

7 - The wild, seriously. I hate the houses, I only use them for storage.

8 - THREEEEEEE DAWG! I wished I could blow his brains out when I met him.

9 - Dungeons dungeons and dungeons. I love using the shotgun and grenades in confined quarters.

10 - Uh... no, actually. People just tend to die on me anyways so I can't be bothered.

1 - Small Guns, Repair, Sneak, and Lockpick; see below.

2 - A sneaky, near-invisible thief assassin.

3 - I am not above killing you when you're not looking, if that's what you're asking.

4 - Neutral. An assassin has no friends, only potential targets.

5 - Mainly Hunting Rifles until I get the Lincoln Repeater; shoot you in the head then loot your corpse.

6 - The Citadel. It has a giant mech in the basement.

7 - The shadows of my enemies. Otherwise, I "rest" in Megaton.

8 - Not anymore...

9 - Tunnels. If you can't see me, your head might not be there in a minute...

10 - Technically Fawkes, but he stays at the house. I work alone.

I answered most of these with my current character in mind.

1 - My tag skills are Repair, Small Guns, and Sneak. Because the mods I'm using make the game goddamned hard (even on medium difficulty), repair is so I'm not reliant on NPCs for fixing my shit, small guns because they're the only ones that let me outfit them with silencers, and sneak so I have a chance of not fighting everyone I see. Secondary skills are explosives to set traps and use grenades when they're in my comfort zone (read: less than 1 mile away) and medicine so I can better heal myself.

2 - I'm a refugee trying to get by. I would much rather stay on the move than hang around in one spot for any long periods of time.

3 - Sneaky sniper, for the moment. Once I get the right armour, however, I'm going to go spec ops. Can't easily kill what you can't see and all that.

4 - The mods I have change the karma rates quite a bit, and considering I'm barely getting by? I'm neutral.

5 - Weapons, I use a Sniper Rifle w/silencer, a 10mm Tiger Bali Pistol (which may be swapped for an SMG w/laser sight), and a Chinese Assault Rifle w/laser sight, scope & silencer, along with a variety of grenades and mines. My battle plan is to scout out the area through a variable zooming scope if possible to get an idea of how many people I'm facing. Once I get an idea of enemy positions, I quickly set up a defensive perimeter with mines (if I'm too close for comfort) and start sniping away. If they discover me, I snipe as best as I can, and once they're close enough, I start backing away while using the assault rifle. If they make it past the perimeter, I start using grenades.

6 - I'm honestly not sure, I never thought about it...

7 - I hide out wherever I can. I have a home in Megaton though, and that acts as a place to store all my gear, as well as a base of operations.

8 - Not really, I find him nicely eccentric.

9 - Any place dark where they can't see me sneaking.

10 - No, but I am considering scrounging together the caps to get Sergeant RL-3. He's apparently pretty damn decent in terms of combat since Broken Steel, and considering he has the second greatest carrying capacity, he can function as a pack-rat for when I inevitably go over my carrying limit.

*EDIT* I actually have a bit of a question. Ignoring the possibility that someone has modded in multiple houses, is it possible to set up safe houses? I ask because it would be nice to find places to leave a load of stuff in containers, but if that stuff disappears after a period of time, I'd rather not try.

1 - Small guns... because of Ol' Painless!

But all my skills are at 100 now.

2 - I play exactly myself, make the descisions I would make in real life, but probably a bit braver.

3 - Universal Soldier in my Ranger Battle Armour

4 - Very good. I'm a real goody two shoes

5 - Everything, but most commonly Ol Painless and the Xuanlong Assault Rifle,
Shishkebab for the MireLurks and RadScorps.

6 - Megaton, cos it's cosy

7 - Megaton, in my house full of unique weapons all over the floor and teddy bear drug orgies upstairs

8 - After 250 hours play... extremely.

9 - Ruins and rubble. All the inner DC areas, my first time exploring those was my best ever experience as a gamer.

10 - No, screw that. I hate babysitting AI.

1 - Small guns, Medicine, Repair .

2 - Mad fuckin' Max.

3 - Armored Vault 101 suit, Lucky Shades, and the Eyebot Helmet .

4 - Super good.

5 - Since my small guns is 100 I use a Chinese pistol. Its funny to watch a super mutant explode under its .22 caliber fire.

6 - Paradise Falls ironicllly. After you do the 20 C. Assault Rifles, it becomes the richest settlement to trade at.

7 - The Weatherly Hotel.

8 - Yes.

9 - The Sat-Com towers.

10 - Fawkes, Dogmeat, and Sidney.
