I guess it qualifies for the Off-topic Discussion section if it has discussion so let's get some going!

I don't think it's possible to read someone's mind as everyone's mind works differently and there's never just one thing going on.

That, and there is no actual physical "mind" in the human body. It's a concept that's been formed as an embodiment of one's cognitive processes.

Body language and facial expressions can lead us to believe that a person may be lying or worrying or things like that but it will never go deeper than that.

I think mind reading is possible to an extent but only in certain people who have a keen sense of other people's aura and body expressions. And doing it over the computer is impossible.
