I get tipsy quickly, but there's been nights when I've sank well over a bottle of Jack and I'm still standing.

Then again, I'm all but immune to food poisoning and stomach bugs; it's less holding my drink than having the constitution of an ox.

I've gotten drunk on my mom's tiramisu before. Took me about four slices before I realized I was more giggly than usual. That and when a friend and I were calling each other out on who was more drunk after his one slice.

All depends on how well I pace myself really. Have had some occasional weird occurrences where I didn't get drunk at all in spite of drinking a lot, friend claimed it was because I started on "the hard stuff" and shocked my body into not absorbing the alcomahol, but usually drinking that much that quickly makes me snooze.

It depends. Back when i was young and silly i used to do everything to get drunk as soon as possible, so i'd not eat anything since morning and only drink "high voltage" alcohol, even then it usually took about 0.5l of vodka and several beers to get me into the dizzy state.

Then when i just wanted to drink for sake of drinking i'd usually eat something oily before, like a good chicken soup, since fat and oil tie alcohols and are good to prevent hangovers.

I am however quite resistant to alcohol effects, slavic blood and all that crap. My grandma used to make awesome home made fruit tinctures that easily reached ~50-60% vol. and it surely had it's part in hardening my body for future adventures.

Nowadays i rarely drink more than few glasses of wine or whiskey, purely for the taste.

I can handle a lot of beer ale etc. I can't handle too much spirits, they turn me into a very bad person.

Hardman for certain.

I don't have a very big build, which works against me, but I'm half Kazakh, which works in favor of me.

I "feel" alcohol after 3 drinks i.e. I talk more.

I'm "drunk" around 10 drinks.

I pass out around 20 drinks (maybe).

I say maybe because it was only once and by that point in the evening I was drinking straight vodka.

I had a ridiculous amount of white russian after my final hand in last week. I'd say I can handle my liquor all right. Fast metabolism you see...

I can drink pretty well for my weight, although it hits me fast, my metabolism burns through it pretty fast too, which means that I can keep a good buzz going with regular drinks.

Concidering I gave up drinking for nearly two years, I can still hold my drink very well, a lot better than most Males I know... apparently Males are ment to be better at drinking?

I never drink without eating first, even if it's something very small, otherwise I feel a bit ill and not in the mood to drink.

I don't drink often and when I do it's not in a big quantity. So I've always been able to hold my drink, except for one occasion that I can think of. But I think that was because I felt sick and started to drink. xD

I've drank a litre of gin and been fine and i've drank a litre of gin and been fucked. It really depends, on what you've eaten that day, the speed at which you drink the alcohol and sometimes, other circumstances that can't be explained

I don't drink, I've never really liked alcohol and I can't hold a drink if my life depended on it.

I don't really drink much, but when I do drink I get absolutely shitfaced. So for that I'll say normal.

I'm a Scottish-Ukrainian-Canadian. I've got a good drinking disposition. Oh, and there are rhinoceroses on this site? Can I get some video proof please?

Usually takes a few glasses of Scotch to get me really drunk, as well as potentially some other stuff.

If I drink half a 26 of Vodka (40% Alcohol Content) within 10 minutes the result is a Love Drunk. If I drink a complete 26 of Vodka in half an hour or more, I only feel tipsy; and still have control of all of my motor skills (maybe a little stumbling here or there) and even when drunk I don't slur my words. Also from what I am to understand I am a mathmatician when drunk... which is odd since I specialize in Social Sciences.

So it is hard to say but I would say a heavy weight, or at least compared to my friends :p

You know, I never really considered myself to be a heavyweight, but I do hold my drink a lot better than everyone 'round these parts, especially when it comes to spirits. I think it comes from a strong family tradition of social drinking, heavy drinking, hardcore alcoholism and liver disease. Sadly, that's one of the only parts of the Irish stereotype that's accurate to my more immediate family.

Irish people seem to better than Brits at all the shit things, like drinking and the Eurovison song contest.

I'm a lightweight for my gender and size, and I was even worse when combining alcohol with marijuana. That was some time ago though; I've given up the Mary Jane for good and I only drink about 5 times a year now.
