isn't this simply a re-imagining of the question "what is your favorite colour?"
also the Sith only use red
anyway I'd choose green 'cause all the most powerful Jedi use green...and it's my favorite colour

no you don't have the flashing one (i just made it up) I can blind my enemies with my light saber as the colours just keep violently flashing all the colours in the world and then I simply slice his/her leg off. I call that colour "TECHNO COLOURZ"

in the star wars universe it should be considered there is actually supposed to be some meaning behind the color of the saber. If I was just picking based on appearance I would go with blue or black from the choices given though.

The saber part of a lightsaber isn't light, it's just energy concentrated through crystals in the hilt, and the colour crystal can be any colour, even black

Very hard question indeed. He'd have to transfer another form of energy into kinetic energy. possibly the chemical energy in his body is transferred to kinetic, in which case it'd be like some sort of uber workout for him.

Though I did read he gets his power from the sun, maybe he can absorb and channel the energy of the sun.
