I'm afraid you wouldn't age normally; if it's infinite regeneration you'd regenerate your cells as they died, and you'd never reach a point where you could never do that. :/
On my part I'd like to go with a sort of infinite regeneration but I'd like to be able to kill myself if necessary. Life can be tiring; especially if you live forever (potentially).

I think this is the biggest selling point. As long as you do it right (setting aside enough cash and other resources for your next life) this would be the best way to go.
