As the poll suggests, do you think this is the "goat-sucker"

Personally...I really hope so.

It's not a Chupacabra. It's just a coyote suffering from an advanced form of mange. People have caught the exact same thing before and thought it was a Chupacabra.

thats a fucking skinny dog. And Chupa-Thingy doesn't exist. If it does, then its just a normal species that people make stories around. How the hell would a SINGLE animal exist in its own species without any others? And then, be sighted constantly for dozens of years.

Yup, they shoot these gross looking creatures all the time down south and in Mexico. Each and every time they do someone screams Chupacabra. I don't blame them though.... it's a fun word to say.

Hey, does anyone remember the Montage Monster that everyone thought was advertising for a movie? Did anyone ever explain it?

Dude, no one's saying there's only one. They already said they killed 2.

Well they haven't really 'caught' it. It seems rather dead for that.

OT: No, it looks like malnourished dog or coyote.
]The Chupacabra is classified as a mix between a dog and a wolf...it's really not as menacing as people make it out to be. Basically the Chupacabra is just a very nasty, viscious dog.

Actually, they discovered fresh corpses, skulls, and bones of a few a few years ago. They look like undomesticated dogs with a specific illness. They have this purple-ish flesh and crazy canine teeth. They had a whole thing about it on History channel a few years ago.

So yes, they were discovered and proven along time ago.

Mind to back that up? You'd think that finding such a legendary creature would make world headlines.

Wait...haven't we "caught" the Chupacabra 50 times already? Each time, it turns out it's just some dead, disease-ridden dog, coyote or wolf.

It behaved like the neighbor's dog? Well, maybe it simply was the neighbor's dog! Looks definitely like a dead dog to me at least.

Looks like a Coyote with mange again, the things people do to try and make money and get their face on TV for 5 seconds.

I didn't look at the image as I don't like seeing stricken animals.

I doubt it is a chupacabra, on account of not thinking that they exist.

I know, I thought it would be a little more well known at this point, but no one really cares. It was on that shitty Monster Quest show on History channel a few years back. They found what fits the description in the place where the whole myth originated, and the forensic professionals (specifically in the veterinarian dept.) said it doesn't match any animal on record. They used dental records of every animal like it (size, kingdom, and so on), hair comparisons to what little is on them, and DNA and so on. It doesn't match anything.

A woman gave them the skull, and they found a decently fresh corpse of one while they were in that area.

Does anyone know why I got a 404 error last time I tried to post here? It was really weird...

Anyways, I'd say it was just a coyote with mange. Similar-looking things have been found by people looking for chupacabras, and they've turned out to be diseased and hairless coyotes (Or other such canines). If this is the actual chupacabra, though, then everyone hide your goats before they get sucked.

Oh... I'm the only one here with a goat? I... I thought that was a common thing to own. Really? They aren't?

Huh.

Somehow I doubt it's validity if we've only heard about that on a show called Monster Quest. Some documents from various biology-related scientists would be nice.
