Got maced once trying to help a cop in a bar fight, his partner had his hands full and couldn't reach him, that stuff burns

no, but when we were driving on the highway there was a drunk driver infront of us which we called in and then stayed behind for 20 min untill the cops got there. After he got pulled over, we were finally able to bring our own beers out from the cooler.

No, I call the police. They have the gear and training for stuff like this, I'm just likely to get hurt or make things worse.

I've never done it, personally, but I've also never witnessed a crime, so...

No. I'm not big on helping people or throwing myself in harms way for strangers. Plus, unless I had a gun or other weapon, the odds are good I could ask them to surrender at the best outcome I could hope for is a complete disregard for my request.
