Poll: Cloverfield Monster or Satellite

I know this is kinda old, but I just watched Cloverfield, and at the end of the movie you can see something falling from the sky into the ocean. Many people believe this to be the monster, but it has been speculated that it is a Japanese satellite for the oil company that Rob was going to work for, based on the manga.

What are your thoughts on this?
