I think white and blue are too close to the usual flame colours for me to pay money for it.

Purple out of the options but Red would be good, anything that's as far away as a normal flame for more impact.
I was gonna say a lime green of sorts, instead of just normal/darker green.

Or ,really, any neon and bright colors. Pink, bright reds, sky blues, turquoise, eye-catching colors like that.

blue cuz it will just look awesome!

For those wondering how this would work: a lot of metal salt solutions ionize when heated, as in a candle, and this makes the flame burn interesting colors. For more information, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flame_test

OT: I could go for a strontium chloride soaked candle wick. Bright, bright red. It would probably be REALLY good for lighting jack o' lanterns. An eerie red glow...

PURPLE CUZ IT'S AWESOME
I have purple shoes and a purple phone
Let me guess you have a purple girlfriend, a purple corvette, and a purple window?
Sorry I just thought of that song when I read your post. I would also like a purple flame.
What song would that be?

hey guys i was wandering if your could help me out with some product research I am developing some candles that burn with different colored flames these colors being blue, white, purple and green what i was wandering is which one (if any)you would buy and how much you would expect it to cost so please vote for the color you would buy (if any) and post a reply saying how much you would pay thanks very much =)
Develop? All there is, is adding the right metal or salt to the candle.
But do have in mind, that some of these things can leave poisonous gasses in the air.

If ya need help with a technology-, LCA-analysis or alike, feel free to ask ;)

A white-fire fireplace would kick so much ass.

It would be like... white... y'know?

I put a red smoke bomb on a fire once, but I think that's cheating.
