Poll: Comic Book Movies

Probably one of the best thing's in terms of our generations movie culture is the healthy transition comic books have had into film, so my question for you Escapist's is, what is your favorite comic book movie?

State why please, me it has to be Hellboy 2: The Golden Army.

I loved everything about it, i have to say the part where Abe and Hellboy sang in a duet is possibly the funniest thing i've ever seen in a comic book movie.

Plus, it just felt right, like everything worked, I just plain loved that movie.

So your opinion? Oh and franchises like Spawn, The Crow, and Punisher aren't on here because there just wasn't room, even though those are excellent movies.

I really enjoyed hellboy I and II. The way the movie was presented combined with the supernatural elements was pretty cool. It's almost more of an urban fantasy movie than a true 'superhero' movie, which is something that really puts it apart from the others on that list.

I agree, like all the movies ever since Blade have been like really realistic but Hellboy movies dont really feel like a comic book movie, they feel like an epic fantasy.

They are my favorite movies for that reason
