I've done it several times. If I can, so can you.
All you need is something to make you forget the computer, like some good books etc.

I did it too. Though I didn't realize there was a challenge for it. The net was just down was all

Have you asked a doctor about the dangers of not getting any internets for a week?
For something as radical as this, maybe you should consider a stunt double.

Best thing I've read all day.

I went without computers for a week last week since I was on vacation. It was pretty easy, since there was a whole bunch of stuff to do and relatives to see. I passed a convenience store with internet for a couple of bucks per half hour, but I quickly forgot about them and went on to wherever I was going. Though I'll admit the at first thing I did when I got home, even before I unpacked my bags was start playing on my 360.

Hahaha :D That's gold.

I went without any computer for 3 months, when it was at the shop. Sure I used a computer at school, but apart from studies, no computer at all for me.
Safe to say I got alienated from my facebook friends. OMGOMG.

No, really, it's not really that hard. I gotta admit I missed it a bit at first, but I just started watching a lot more television, and went to a few more parties, I gotta admit.
Me and my computer have a troubled record:
Turn 13 and started getting drunk on the weekends: On average either 2 or 3 times a month.
Get World of Warcraft: No more partying :(
Getting rid of World of Warcraft: Have to enter the whole "Party Scene" all over again. The fact that I can drink almost anyone under the table, and down a beer in a 1,1 second (33 cl) contributed to an easier entrance, though.

Hah! I did this for a month when my computer broke. I played a lot of video games to prevent me from killing myself. It sucked, but now I have a shiny new laptop. ^_^ <3
