Poll: Conduit or CoD4:R?

i've been owning a wii since launch and love what they've done with FPSs. I've already got The Conduit and I've been wondering if i should get CoD4 Reflex to go with it or trade it.

I'm not sure. I love the Conduit (I'm like the only one on this site who does), but Modern Warfare is definitely the better game. However, I don't think you should pick it up on the Wii. There are far more players on the HD versions, so the multiplayer experience is better. But in the end, it's up to you.

1.a If yes, sell, get the Cod4 port.

I just looked on gamespot and the conduit got a 6.5/10 and Cod4:R got an 8.5/10 and it apparently has mutliplayer.

Cod4 seems like its clearly better

There are far more players on the HD versions, so the multiplayer experience is better. But in the end, it's up to you.

YES your not the only one who loves The Conduit and i'll take your word for it, but which one offers a better multiplayer experience?

Despite being on the Wii I think CoD4 is far better, just for being a port of a classic game.

Modern Warfare: Reflex. It's got everything the HD consoles have (with some graphical and player-count consessions). The only thing you're really going to miss from the Conduit is Bounty Hunter.

I'd suggest only getting CoD4 for the Wii if you really have no other way to play it; i.e by playing at a friends or whatever. At the end of the day it is a port - it isn't designed for the Wii - and so it really is just a shadow of the game it is on the other systems.

My advice to you, as you didn't mention if you have already, is to get Metroid Prime Trilogy. Great games, great Wii-controls, great value.

have you played both?

I played the HD version of Modern Warfare. The only thing you're really losing is graphics and player count, according to sources around the Internet. The online is easily superior to the Conduit's.

I prefer the Conduit over COD4:R but that's just me.

I own CoD:MWR, CoD:WaW and The Conduit. I enjoyed the two CoDs thoroughly. TCon, not so much. I get a lot of bullet lag on it whilst i get very little lag on CoDMWR. MWR is the superior to me.
