Nope! And don't plan blowing money buying women's underwear for me.

Now if you guys do it, that's okay. I'm not going to burn you alive or nothing XD heavens no. But please don't get me all confused

I saw some cargopants in the Woman's section, that looked mysteriously like mine. I got MY pants in a salesbin with no clear hint on gender specification. I have not replaced them however, and i have not been called on it, so i guess that counts...

edit:

I AM hetero

Considering the arbitrariness of societal attitudes towards clothing, I don't really get how cross dressing, or indeed any costume, could really be seen as embarassing. Here's a more interesting questions: Ever deliberately misrepresented your gender in real life? While I have cross-dressed, it was always around people I knew. I'm not sure I could pull it off. My hair is long and glorious and golden so that helps, but my frame isn't quite right for 'feminine'. Matronly, perhaps.

Also, for the purposes of discussion, I'd like to add that some odd 80% of male crossdressers are actually hetero, so any gay-bashing will NOT be tolerated.
Actually, its closer to 50%. Crossdressing is a fetish and fetishes usually don't depend on orientation.

As a gay man.. the idea of crossdressing is kinda gross to me D: If I wanted to date a girl, I would be straight

If it doesn't depend on orientation, then it's probably not closer to 50%...that would be saying that 50% of all people are gay. And if you google "are crossdressers gay" and other variations, pretty much all sources say "a majority of cross-dressers are heterosexual"

Um... I once had to do a catwalk as part of an inter-house competition at school.

...

This is not the post you're looking for. I can go about my business. Move along.

It seems like a fun thing to do but i just feel like it'd be out of character for me xD

I can't picture myself being feminine in any way :c

Yes, when I was very young my sister played dress up with me, and I have done it in multiple plays, dressing up has a woman a couple of years ago. I like it, I think I'm a transgender who has either grown out of it or has been turned "normal." by society.

My sister used to put me in princess dresses and shit all the time when I was a kid, but that is about it.
I'm not sure why there is such a revulsion with dudes wearing women's clothes. Girls are allowed to wear guy's clothes and nobody gives a crap. It seems utterly ridiculous that the opposite is so frowned upon.
But I guess society is pretty bizarre. I doubt I will ever fully understand what the fuck is up with everyone.

For fancy dress parties cross dressing is the easiest way to shock people, without putting too much effort into it..
When I was single I also found paradoxically it was a great way to get girls.. Which is good too :)

I vaguely recall once using our dress-up box (family with four kids, we had lots of costumes) to dress up like little red riding hood, including trying to walk around on my mom's heels that were several sizes too large. This was when I was a kid, perhaps 8 or 10 years old.
Nowadays I'm very accustomed to my jeans and t-shirt outfits, nearly the only thing I wear.

Used to do it quite often as a teenager, but haven't for a while.

The girlfriend seems quite into it, so I will be dressing more in the future it looks like. Though of course at 6'1, 230lb and as hairier than your average bear (including a beard) I'm not going to be passable any more ;D

As for why? It's fun and I personally find it kinda kinky.

I constantly steal my (female) roommates' ponytail holders to hold back my wild mane, but I don't think that counts...
