I sometimes write down stuff that happens to me for later use in my fictional novels, but I destroy it afterwards, and generally change the events enough that it barely resembles the initial incident.

If I had a diary I would never talk about the day and end up going on a tangent about something irrelevant for a few pages.

All those things are is evidence for whoever you're keeping a secret from. I never understood them.

Plus, are you an eight-year-old girl? Otherwise it should be irrelevant.

to me, writing in a diary seems sort of... redundant... not to mention the dilemna with writing things down just to have people use them against you... doubly so for people around me as i'm very... malicious... hehehehe

I don't want to, it takes time and is a bit creepy, especially as it can be used against you.

I keep a mini 3x2 inch notebook with me where I jot down ideas and observations, I jokingly refer to it as my book of secrets but there isn't anything secretive in it really, just things bouncing around in my head. I used to write in it multiple times a day but its slowed down to a few times a week.
