Poll: Did you download the Resident Evil 4 hd rerelease/port?

I did. I have yet to play this because of one simple problem. The game is 3.33 gigabytes in size so hopefully i will be playing it in an hour. Did you download the Resident Evil 4 hd rerelease/port?

I'm planning too, but I'm a little disappointed with what I've read. It seems that they really haven't added anything new at all, even the graphics haven't been very much improved. While thats all well and good, RE4 is still a great game, but it almost doesn't seem worth the money considering I have a perfectly good copy of the PS2 version sitting right here in front of me.

I bought the original on the Gamecube, then I bought the Wii version.

I didn't really play it that much on the Wii, so I doubt I'll pay for it again.

I still have it on PS2 and Code Veronica and I'm not tempted by trophys.

I think I have the original, and know for a fact I have the Wii. I might as well buy it again. I don't think I'll buy it right away, since I've already bought a few games these past few weeks I really need to finish up (about done with Hard Reset, but no where near done with Blocks that Matter nor Magicka), but maybe in a month or so. I imagine RE4 is about old enough for me to get a decent nostalgia trip on.

yep, posted my thoughts over on the reviews forum. Happy enough, though a price was a little steep for a last gen game, HD or no. The extra polish is nice but not mindblowing

I have it on the Wii but...I hate the Wii. I plan on grabbing it on the Gamecube since I don't see how the original can be topped. Even before I grab that though, there are a ton of other games that I'd rather play first.

As for downloading games...I hate the idea of paying for intangible things. That's not to say I never download games but I haven't done so in a long while and I doubt I will in future.

No I didnt and I have no desire to as I hate the games RE4 onward due to how they changed it for the worse imo
