I was bored and I decided to throw up a topic for the night and see the wierd (Yet entertaining) reactions I'd get from you guys.

What if you had the ability to cross dimension at your own free will?

What would you do? Where would you go?

Would you split some headcrabs with Freeman at your side?

Set Narutos head on fire, because he's so friggin moronic and gay for Sauske?

Or would you manipulate and bend the events to your will?

I don't think you really mean "dimensional travel." A "dimension" is a mathematical paramater for the occupation of space. We live in the third dimension and can glimpse into the 4th dimension (which some postulate to be time). Thus meaning, we see time one cross section at a time and it appears to only move in one direction (forward). As you move higher into higher dimensions, you basically get to a point where all the different possibilities of all things happening (or occupying the same space) at one particular moment in "time" overlap with one another. This is where the term "parallel universes" or as some say "parallel dimensions" comes from. For instance if you come to a fork in the road and in this reality you chose to go left, then mathematically there exists another reality where you chose to go right at that point in time.

However, I don't think you could technically... "travel into your favorite anime" in any of these parallel dimensions. Reality would still be reality.
