I prefer tea, but a nice cup of coffee is just awesome sometimes. I tend to throw in a retarded amount of sugar and milk, so it basically tastes like sweet milk, but damn, I do need that burst sometimes.
I've always loved the taste of coffee in sweet things like desserts or cakes and been drinking coffee with sugar since i was maybe 10 on occasion, started drinking it regularly and unsweetened when I was 16 I think it was, just use a little milk or preferably cream now.
I usually only have one or two cups a day. One in the morning to calm my nerves after a torturous night of work, no sleep or nightmares and one before bed to put me to sleep.
The nights I mentioned in which I don't sleep are nights when I don't have some coffee or am staying awake to do work (or game).
I love the taste but caffeinated drinks seem to make me need to pee a lot so I avoid it most of the time. I can enjoy a nice coffee from time to time at home though, it doesn't seem to do much in terms of waking me up or giving me a boost so I just drink it for the taste.
Man, do I love coffee (prefer espresso). Unfortunately, it turns out that getting to the point where you drink a pot to yourself during an average dinner might not actually be the healthiest habit to maintain. So I swore off the stuff (and caffeine in general).
I occasionally cave and get myself some. It's more as a treat to me rather than a needed pick-me-up. That's what cold showers and slaps in the face are for.
I'm a chef at an Italian restaraunt so coffee at work every day plus being a chef I REALLY need the pick-me-up, didn't realise how stressful my job is until I had nurses and police tell me that they could never do my job....wow
Rarely drink coffee, because at cafés they only serve expresso, which isn't worth the money and is kinda bitter. Homemade big-cup coffee is the best one but sadly I don't have the coffee maker anymore.
Green Tea or chocolate milk are better substitutes anyway.
Definitely a coffee lover here. I usually only drink one or two cups a day but that's only because it's hard to find time for more than that. Any day where I'm actually at home I will likely brew and drink a whole pot throughout the day.
I only started drinking coffee once I got to university. I'll do a cup or reusable mug once a day on weekdays for the boost. If I've just pulled an all-nighter or something like that, though, then it's time to start guzzling.
I will probably develop a taste for it in either my first or second year of college, but for now I don't drink coffee. I understand coffee is not addictive, but I don't want to become dependent on a boost to make it through the day. I don't have an opinion on coffee taste-wise.
