Sadly I am the sort to readily anticipate sex, and then when i'm actually doing it, find it standard. I don't fake massive screams, just the odd grunt and stuff... Sadly my teenage fap-happy days have left me de-sensitized to any sexual stimulation.

I.e. i am able to stall my own orgasm, given that im probably going to be there faster than she would be, hence holding back a little. Of course once you get there anyway, and now considering she might fake it. I go for round 2.

Sex for me usually lasts at least 1 Hour, or several, depending on how "enduring" i am, which varies from day to day. Alas i could probably fake it given that i actually have to moan willingly, i.e. pushing myself to do so, else its just a little heavier breathing xD

No...I feel that trying to fake an orgasm as a man would be incredibly obvious and stupid.

It's not. If you have a condom on and you make some quick and thrustful hip movements as your voice gets louder and higher, you can get away with it.
Just make sure to scurry off to the bathroom as soon as you're "done"

Many girls fake it and do a good job at it. Smart girls, even if they fake it to help the guys ego or allow them to move on, will still provide advice on "what would be even better next time".

Never had to fake it, and I know my girlfriend hasn't either.
