I want to be a writer, but if that fails I'm currently getting a law degree form a top uni so I'm not totally fucked.

Yes, it's something I'm working on. But I'm also 26. You're still a kid, don't get so worked up about it. Take some classes at the local community college and get liberal arts associates degree. It will give you an idea of what's out there and what you might like.

I'm graduating college this year with a degree in computer science and have signed a contract to program for Microsoft.
I have a steady girlfriend and we are probably gonna get married, so yeah, I have a general idea of what my future is gonna be like.
I'm currently 22, by the way.
I hate you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(no offense. It's me, not you.)

I did. But now my plan is out the window.

I'm only 23, I have another 40 years to change my mind over and over.

I'm 19, and first year student in college, I'm taking classes mainly in business, accounting, IT, and renewable energy. I haven't declared a major yet, and probably wont go for one, because I like all 4 fields, and will be pursuing all of them.

However there is a part of me that wants to be a politician, but I am a 100% sure that it will turn ugly, and may not be worth the wrinkles.

But deep deep deep deep down, in all honesty I want to be a pirate, like black beard.

Yes I do have my plans laid out and I think I'm ahead of the ball having 2 different fully thought out plans for the future depending on what I choose to do this summer.

Well I start basic training to be a soldier on July 4th. After basic training I'll be trained how to be medic, I'll do at least 4 years of service, learn as much as I can and get all the qualifications to prove it. I'll leave there with a decent number of medical qualifications and get a job in the field, perhaps whilst training for a more specialised or in depth field. Marry a woman I love, perhaps move to Canada, and have lots of children.
So yeah, that's the rough plan for the rest of my life.

I know I'm going to Uni to study history (hopefully), but beyond that I haven't the faintest idea.

16 and I know I want to study History at university and then go on into politics, but that probably isn't going to work out - apparently, I'm too friendly to be a politician.

They actually got pissed when I turned down a job offer at a steel industry.
But how are you supposed to get the metal to make those weapons?
Hehehe.. That made me smile~
:D

We could use you in the revolution...
Discussions about revolutions is something that used to interest me a few years back.
These days.. It makes me lift my ear at least.
But it's a ridiculous, over-the-top revolution, the kind that has a million-to-one chance of happening! You know, the best kind of revolution! Join the Martians, the Cats, and the Duck-Billed Platypus, and together, we will eradicate humanity!

I'm going to be a building designer, mostly for industrial units and factories.

It's going to be smelly. That is what I have learned from my chosen profession.
