the title says it all.

but it doesn't have to be just burning things, it could be fire in general.

I love fire.

a bit too much.

I remember when I was eight, when I was camping, and the fire went out.

I then proceeded to clean it up.

this was how I learned the hard way that white coals are hot.

set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life[/small]

Yes.
What do you think happened to that nunnery over the road?
And that school?
And you?

Not really. Too much of a chance that it will escape my control. Give me a good explosion any day.

Fire is awesome.
But only when you're smart about it.
I remember when my brother and I lit a ping pong ball on fire.
In our driveway, of course. It was lovely.

Although I'll admit I also prefer explosions.
They can solve all problems, after all.

I think I might be interested but to be honest in my childhood I had a thing for freezing stuff. Put a small toy in a plastic glass... fill it with water then put it in the freezer. I loved freezing things, over half the small toys in my attic ready to be given to charity had at some point of another been in an ice block.
Fire would be the logical second step.

I love fire.

I once set a fire work off in my room. It was great, up until I realised that I was gonna burn my house down, so I stopped it with my hand, from which promptly burned, and then fully healed 7 months later.

Also on the explosions option, I'ma have to say no because...

That vid explains why explosions are that great :)

No. Fire kills people and when used improperly can be extremely dangerous. Besides I know a few people who have lost relatives that way.

Because I didn't know what would happen, I decided to see how hair would burn. Xp
Individual strands just wouldn't get a satisfying reaction, it just shriveled up. Soo...being ignorant, or borderline retarded, I slowly lowered my hair to the candle flame...heheheh...the smell stuck with me for around a week...=_=;;

Yet I still love fire: plastic is fun to melt! :p
But...moderation is always important.

I have a cousin who fell into a bon-fire, that is NOT fun...

I love fire.
I also love water.
Hence the avatar.

Fire is so pretty and mesmerizing and dangerous...
But in all truths, it's one of my two fears.
What? I burned my fingers lighting candles when I was eight.
Things have not gone well since.
I deal with lighting bonfires.
And watching fire and fireworks from extremely close distances.

You.

Yes You.

I like you. That quote is made of win.

OT: Yeah, Controlled fire is fun. Fire watching is a very primal thing.

I find fire pretty mesmerizing, especially if it's in a different color than the usual red/orange.

It's a primal thing, fire is safe, it keeps you warm and keeps away animals and blood sucking mosquitos. The best part about going camping or hunting is sitting around the campfire at night and having a few beers with mates.

Fire is nice. I play with fire all the time. I try to get fire be a different color by burning different things.

Oh, yeah.

I know, that's a surprise, right?

Incidentally, I do like explosions almost as much as fire. Fire still wins though.
