I like cottage cheese, if that counts for anything. But, I'm lactose intolerant, so I can't eat a lot, or else I get gassy... though I've never felt inclined to eat large portions of cottage cheese at once anyways, so no worries there.

Am I the first one to say it? I don't like cheese, not at all. Especially not alone, but also not on food. Hell, I even order my pizza without cheese!
Not that I'm lactose intolerant, I just don't like the taste or how it always makes those strings...

Run and lose all the precious calories I just gathered through a large cheeseless pizza? I don't think so! If I have to die I want to die in dignity... and by that I mean not sweaty and lazy.

I love cheese. In fact, I recently tried out a dish where you saute two heads of garlic and two onions to the point of caramelization, then you add about 1 cup each of mozzarella, muenster, and Parmesan cheese, and fry it (you have to do this in a Teflon pan) until it's malty babbly.
SO. GOOD.

Cheese is pretty good, I'm a fan of string cheese and sharp cheddar is pretty good you have to eat in moderation though or you can get horribly constipated I have had some cheese binges that didn't end well.
