I love it. I've lived here for 10 years and I haven't grown tired of it even once.

Hell no. This little village feels like a prison cage, I haven't felt at home here for years. I have found my home elsewhere already, and thus I feel homesick almost every single day. Can't wait until I can leave this wretched place behind.

But on the "always look at the bright side of life" note: it does look gorgeous in the snow.

I love the place, but not the people. They ruin an otherwise beautiful place.
I'm of course talking about the 2000 odd chavs who live a mile or so away, and spread like a disease to the surrounding area.

Where I live is fine. No major problems and everything is in walking distance. Except all of my friends houses and that is the only complaint I have.

Not really no. Its probably the best place to live around here but thats like feeling proud for being raped by someone without an STD as opposed to someone with one.

No, I don't like where I live at all. It's a small, old house that's slowly decaying around me and is two blocks from a gang line.

I don't mind it here, but it is such a small city, only about 50 000 people, and there is nothing to do here when I actually have time off from school and work; that is the only time I feel resentment to this place

Yeah, I like it. I've lived here for almost 4 years now and ever since I moved to a new apartment I like it even more.

yeah all the cops do by my house is cocaine and ask me for my green card even though Im native American and my family has been here longer than they have... oh yeah and one of them got arrested for stealing my neighbors PS3.

OP: Yeah I think it is an alright place. It use to be better but we don't get as many amazing storms in the spring like we use to and the snow in the winter seems to bypass us all the time.

I love where I live. No retarded gangs, low crime rate, beautiful buildings with an abundance of trees to complement them, clean streets, home to one of the UK's top universities. THe only thing I don't like is the number of french/german/spanish/american/japanese/chinese tourists which flood our streets during the summer, but I suppose it boosts our economy a little. Our main source is students.
