what a cynical defeatest attitudeXarathox said:Fuck no. What kind of question is this?
Once you're out in the world and have a job, no matter if it's working in an office or a goddamn chair factory, the social dynamic that made up high school is always there. You will never escape it.
Well you don't look so good for a 30 year old. Kind of white haired and wrinkly. Unless that person in your avatar isn't you of course.Chemical Alia said:My life may have been simpler in some ways when I was in high school, but I really don't miss those days. I had only one friend, no social life in school or outside of it. I hated the band, hated my classes, and was shy and afraid of everyone around me after years of being picked on, urgh. College was a little better, but the only thing that I prefer about my life then over now is that I didn't have to live in Texas and I wasn't so far from my family.
I really missed out on the opportunity to have those be my best years, so I prefer to focus on making my future better. Sure, I have some very fond memories, but it's really not something I would like to re-live. Oh yeah, and I'm 30.
I'd say that's my spirit animal, but all my friends know that's Marcus Fenix. But yeah, having the flow of money going in the opposite direction is always nice after so many years of school v:Beffudled Sheep said:Well you don't look so good for a 30 year old. OT: I'm young so I may not qualify but I don't miss highschool. Being taught boring crap, lies, really stupid students, powerless and sue scared staff, etc.
I much prefer working and going to college now. In one I make money and in the other I learn useful and interesting crap and only some of it is lies!
And I have about the same amount of free time now that I did in highschool so I'm pretty content.
Even if it's going straight out of it having money in your pocket for just a moment is pretty awesome after all that time of having none right?Chemical Alia said:I'd say that's my spirit animal, but all my friends know that's Marcus Fenix.
