I prefer not to, lots of them don't get typical "guy humour" where we insult eachother as we play and i'm so used to that, I do it automatically now. I mean I do on occasion, I just don't enjoy having to be careful about what I say.

Yeah, I used to play Minecraft and Borderlands with my brothers girlfriend, I also helped her with Oblivion if that counts

I did used to play with a lady friend on Gears 2, that was kinda awesome.

We played mostly on horde mode, and she would just bag all the kills, as she was a absolute machine on that game.

In person? No, mostly because I don't often attend gatherings. When I do go to a club meeting ro party or such there are occasionally female gamers in the game though. Online, I used to play with a group that had 2 or 3 regular female players (possibly more, some people don't like to talk much and didn't specify gender).

As the general issue seems to be in the news a lot at the moment, I would just like to see whom out of us are lucky enough to play video games with the fairer sex.

I unfortunately do not. Sure, I've played Raving Rabbids at a party with girls or a bit of guitar hero, but I don't think I've ever had a female friend who plays video games with me on a regular basis.

I don't play many multi-player video games, but I play a lot of board games, and there are often ladies present, including me.

Two girls in my computing class played WoW.
I hadn't gotten into it yet, but if I had, I would've played with them so hard.

Other than that I have a friend who ocassionally asks to play Halo or Soul Calibur with them, and then they wipe the floor with my corpse.

i dont mind it, i already have really good friends to play with, and my brother once in a millennium.

I have friends that are girls. None of them are gamers however.

there are a lot of girls in my guild, including the leader. it has honestly been my experiance that girls make better Guild Masters than guys do.

I have a few female friends...

We mostly play Pokemon, Super Smash Bros, and just recently Skull Girls together.

A few of them like Left for Dead... but I'm not really a fan of multi player FPS games.

I have a few friends who I play handheld games with occasionally. Some of the mod servers on TF2 and GMod that I frequent have regular female players who play waaaaaayyy more often than I do. Most of my girlfriends have enjoyed occasionally playing some sort of games, and I have a recurring date with one of my good friends every year or so where we play Kingdom Hearts (she plays while I make comments).

So yeah. Also, this whole gender thing surely must die or drag itself to some sort of subforum eventually. I only posted here to come up with a list out of self-interest, but it's starting to get ridiculous.

I actually spend nearly all of my free time on the Steam Community with a group of good friends I met through games. The girl I'm now with lived half the country away from me, and I met her in a Steam chat and gamed with her and her friends for quite awhile.
