That's not what split screen is. It's sharing one screen with another person (or multiple other people) who are playing with you.

i love split screen, me and my friends love playing 2-4 player split screen, nothings as fun as playing ure fav game next to friends, you get to show off yours skills and everythings always more fun. i mean its always funner to actualy slap the person in the squad that mucks everything up.

there actually are, alot of old games or emulators allow for it, and i think overlord II (i just got it recently) has it in it

my friend actually wanted to check it out so he'll be over tommorrow and we'll do some two player on my pc im sure, ill probably let him use the 360 controller for it.

well the emulator thing is just a matter of opinion. but i said overlord II, as thats the one i just got, but otherwise a bunch of older pc games (i can't remmeber their names..) i used to play at my friends allowed for split screen/co-op

I do play split-screen with some of my friends, but only occasionally and only with my mates who don't have XBL. Some game-modes benefit from everyone else being able to see your viewscreen (like co-op play), but deathmatch games can be ruined by one unscrupulous person sneaking looks at other players' screens.

Splitscreen is so much better than online or LAN. Nothing beats sitting next to your mate and shouting obscenities at each other.

Whenever I can. Not too many decent games that do it nowadays though. Call of duty has a pretty decent Co-op though, it's my favourite part by miles.

I love split screen gaming with my sister, it's fun playing together and joking around about the game and doing stupid shit like breaking stuff and purposely killing each other from long distances. Stuff like that. It's hilarious!

Sadly the closest thing I get to it now is Resident Evil 5, but I enjoy playing that with her, not complaining. Just wish there were more options for us, also I've never LAN partied before.

I only play splitscreen. I don't have xbox live, so it's my only option. I love it so much.

Same here, if I have friends over. Shame there aren't many good co-op split screen games; I hate versus split screen because it's too easy to screen peek, even accidentally, and in games like CoD that makes a big difference.

Hellz yeah. Me and my best bud play couch co-op all the time. unfortantly alot of games seem to forget to put a split-screen mode in. Unlucky for us.
