When you're playing a game that has a character creator (For example MMOs like Champions Online or RPGs like Dragon Age) do you re-make characters from pre-existing franchises (like Bat Man or Gandalf), or do you make new unique characters?
always unique and usually hideous. makes it all the more amusing when the female love interest falls for an obnoxious, unkempt and truly ugly anti-hero.Eric the Orange said:When you're playing a game that has a character creator (For example MMOs like Champions Online or RPGs like Dragon Age) do you re-make characters from pre-existing franchises (like Bat Man or Gandalf), or do you make new unique characters?
The fact that the games always assume you made a very attractive character kinda ruins it though. Or makes it more funny, I don't know.Ascarus said:always unique and usually hideous. makes it all the more amusing when the female love interest falls for an obnoxious, unkempt and truly ugly anti-hero.Eric the Orange said:When you're playing a game that has a character creator (For example MMOs like Champions Online or RPGs like Dragon Age) do you re-make characters from pre-existing franchises (like Bat Man or Gandalf), or do you make new unique characters?
Well, I'd still say that falls under the re-make category. Even if the character has never been made visually in any medium, if it was thought up by another person, I would still count it as a re-make.squid5580 said:Niether I make my characters based on Fantasy novels like Dragonlance or Forgotten Realms
