Almost always, unless the thread title is about as much as I need to respond properly.

Whenever a thread like this pops up, I always want someone to put a completely different subject in the OP, so you can really see who does read it. Still hasn't happened...

For posting, always. But the poll appears at the top of the page, and usually the question is self-explanatory, so unless it's unclear to me, I'll vote before I read the post. There have only been a couple of times where I got it wrong. Or maybe it was just once.
