Heck yes. That's just about the only time I'm able to sing (if I'm driving alone) because I'm such a horrible singer and I'm embarrassed for anyone else to hear me. Although I'm told I'm actually quite a good singer, so I guess I'm one of those people who say I'm really bad so I can get the attention of people saying I'm not.
I sing in the car all the time.
Often to stay awake and often to keep myself entertained.
Went to Karaoke while I was in Korea often. Turns out singing in front of people is pretty fun.
Now I sing in car to improve myself because it can get exhausting.

My friend just burned me a CD with songs from My Little Pony. Guess who's been driving his car around for the past two weeks singing "Winter Wrap Up" and "Art of the Dress"?

I don't think I'm that bad at singing, and I've been complimented on more than one occasion, but I'm not about to go around posting covers on Youtube or anything. I've also been pretty good at memorizing lyrics.
My cousin (who is also a well-established musician) and I both agree that driving is the best place to practice there is. Usually nobody to embarrass yourself in front of, and you can easily match tonality to whatever is playing on the radio (or CD) at the time.
I work a delivery job, so if I'm not at a dropoff handling bidness, I'm driving to the next one and mimicking whatever plays on the radio. It's helped me develop a spot-on delivery of many hard-to-copy singers through practice, and now I destroy karaoke night on bands such as Soundgarden and Alice in Chains. Can hit things perfectly and have it resonate through the entire bar, sans mic. I rule now.

Well, I only really sing when I'm by myself. I know I can't sing, but it's not that bad, just not particularly worth hearing.
In the car, I sing all the time to music when I'm driving. If it's queen and everybody else start singing I'll join in, but that's about as far as I'll go for group singing. Foo fighters or such and I'll only sing by myself, and only ever sing to music, not from my head.

And because I for 7 years was "forced" to go to amateur theater, my mom made sure I at least could sing without it bleeding out of the listeners ears(and with her perfectionist streak the quality check probably went a bit further).

I also used to sing in a band... so I can effectively sing punk! I am not the best... and I can't sing anything challenging, but I can hit most of the right notes!
I sing anything that sounds like it could be an anthem! Lately stuff I have uncontrollably sung along to was: Flock of Seagulls - I Ran, The Buzzcocks - Ever Fallen in Love With Someone You Shouldn't've, The Not Sensibles - I'm in Love With Margret Thatcher and Gorillaz - Clint Eastwood (The original version, with Del Tha Funkee Homosapien rapping)
