I have never tried one nor do I plan to. Seems pointless, why pay for something(that sucks at first), be irritated without it, and not be allowed to to in in most places?
I had one cigarette once when I was a kid, hated it. Coughed it up, thought it made me stink like a wino, wondered "why the HELL do people do this willingly?" and never touched it again. Absolutely gross.
I can understand why people have immense trouble quitting, but why people get started in the first place, I've never really understood that.

Smoking serves no purpose and i value my health too much. Also, I have allergies, so I couldn't even if I wanted to. Even smelling it on someone's clothing gives me a headache.
I only ever had second hand smoke... Its feels like hell for me. The only way I'm smoking is if you shove a cigarette into my dead mouth.
Puff a cigar at first. Most don't make you nauseous and if you just puff it it doesn't go into your lungs.ae86gamer said:

Now before I start let me clarify; I don't smoke cigarettes I only smoke cigars. At the same time I smoke a fair few of them (I collect them, am in a cigar club and almost every single one of my close friends smokes them).
I totally respect that a lot of people don't smoke, don't enjoy the smell and don't see the point to it HOWEVER I really don't understand all the hate people think it's ok to direct at smokers. It's their body, it's their choice. If they're in a designated smoking area in public then it's really none of your business.
I mean, I care a lot about my body, I eat healthy all the time, I personally find overweight people unattractive but it'd be totally unacceptable for me to wander in to a fast food joint and start complaining loudly about how greasy the air is. Not only that but I'd probably be told to 'f*ck off' by someone there.
So in summary. Yes I smoke, yes I enjoy it AND I respect it if you don't. Now let's just get over it?
ps: to those smug posters saying "why would I want to inhale a slowly burning plant, smuggity smug smug".

Nope.Never will. My Dad smokes and it's making his voice raspy and he's lethargic a lot..
I'm forcing him to quit, and I told him if he develops a disease because he doesn't stop, I'm going to get as many tattoos as this guy right here:
