I nap occasionally, if there isn't anything going on and I know when I wake up there won't be any trouble. I usually nap for 3-4 hours...
Or if I'm having a migrane or sometimes a pretty bad stomach cramp. Or when I get angry or extremely upset I nap, it kind of helps actually..
I physically can't (and I don't need to). I'm weird like that, because it's pretty much impossible for me to sleep in past 8 AM, no matter how late I go to bed.
