Yes I do. Often in the shower. It's very boring, see, and I like to write. So I always talk to myself to get my thoughts out there and to hear what they sound like out loud and I always rearrange my words because trust me, things sound much different out loud than they do typed. So yes to organize my thoughts, no to having conversations with myself for no reason.

I seem to talk to myself and creat situations/scenarios in my head, then i say these situations like I'm there and I play it out, of course this is when I'm alone in my room with no humans closer than my closed door.

Yes, on occassion. Sometimes I think aloud, which irritates my little brother. So I continue to do it to this day.

Of course I do - doesn't everyone have some sort of internal monologue? I confess I only speak out loud if I'm alone or surprised by something though =)

Yes, this.
I have imaginary conversations with (real) people, mainly to get straight what to say if by some small miracle that exact conversation comes up. I don't know if it has ever paid off, but it is fun, and (I hope) helps me improve on my improv anwsers, I am terrible at those, especially comebacks, I always think of them hours, if not days later.
