Like many have said, His stand-up is good but he kind of sucks on his show.

I don't find him offensive, but it sometimes looks like hes trying to push the boundaries too much. Thus making is jokes not as funny as they should be.

Daniel Tosh is extremely funny. Partly because he is offensive. Its comedy, I haven't seen a single comedian who is funny and doesnt make at least one racist joke in his show.

Seen both his stand-up and the show, he's just as funny in both to me. He's offensive in both, though I think he's more offensive on Tosh.O.

Edit: I don't think he's the funniest comedian of today, I prefer Brian Regan and Jim Gaffigan, two relatively clean comedians.
