well today i woke up and i thought i was fucking Zoey from Left 4 Dead but maybe that was because i was half awake half asleep or maybe i was...........

Yeah...every body at some stage will feel like they are going insane...I think it's part of the human condition

I get that but with the MSN bong, but I only hear it during certain songs. It's not randomised. I'm sure it's probably just an error in the sound file but.. yeah freaked me out the first couple of times I heard it.

Other than that I'm sane-tastic thank you.

I get that its bloody annoying, I also occasionally get the odd voice talking in my head and I can listen to a song through in my head entirely.

I hear and see things which arn't there. The most common is seeing a cat walking into the room out of the corner of my eye but when I look round its not there.

The day I get a response is the day I am officially crazy.

Well, a couple times I've had this weird thing happen - I'll just be sitting there reading or something and then suddenly I'll have this overwhelming feeling that my mind is just going to snap - I dunno, that's the best way I can describe it. It would pass quickly, but afterward I would definitely think to myself "Am I going insane?"

I think I've had the same thing happen, but not while reading, I don't think. It was just this feeling that I was on the edge of some horrible mental breakdown, but I kept backing off of it somehow. Your post reminded me of that.

Yes, that sounds just like what would happen to me - a feeling of an impending mental breakdown.

And I think I know sort of what you mean about killing people. I've never wanted to, and I never will hurt or kill anyone, but I imagine it sometimes. Like when I go get a steak knife for dinner, sometimes I imagine how I could take it and just kill my unsuspecting mother with it for no reason.

I swear to god, whenever im comfortable, I hear the phone go off. I get up and the phone hasn't rung or never rung.....Its so weird. But its probably since im usually doing something I can't get up from and vital when that damn thing goes off.......

Then the phone tells me to kill my dog...lol jk

I hear the phone go off and the achievement noise. Occasionaly i have dreams and then they actually happen. Like I have a conversation or do something in a dream and then it will happen a few days later. I've seen TV that hasn't been shown yet and read magazines in dreams, then bought them and felt like I've wasted money because I've read it before. What is that?

I am definatly insane but I dont know how, I know I am somhow because my mind makes me dream while I'm awake it should be normal day dreaming but I have no control untill I consentrait on somthing else and dispel the dream (not easy to do!) and the dreams are always F***ed up in so many ways, I also dont dream as mutch as I should when I'm asleep (my mind saves the gory revenge stories and weirdness nulifying thoughts for when I'm awake). I also hear thing somtimes I swear I here ppl calling my name or talking voices inside my head, I know they are part of my mind I have no control over so its like having a bizzar conversation with somone else in my own head, some of them have "bodies" in my head too, some times I wonder wether they are part of my mind or spirits or somthing (hopfully spirits). While I'm here I'll also say I have a sixth sence of some kind that is very hard to discribebut it works best when I'm alone and when my mind wanders so far its not in my head anymore, moments like this have inspired me to write stuff till its gone, I could be a decent poet if they happend more often. I like being like that somtimes its mutch more intrestint that not being like this.

Well, I'm not all that mentally stable if that's what you're getting at. My family taught me early on the voices are a normal part of life but they are to be ignored, especially if they say something like "set that bastard on fire for looking at you funny!" That coupled with the extensive firearm, explosive, hand to hand combat, etc. training they put me through doesn't really match well...but they weren't all that together either.

EDIT: Absolutely forgot this one! Sometimes I'm bored, and my mind just wanders. Not thinking, just.... drifting. Then a little though niggles in the back of my mind that all the senses I am experiencing are incorrect and I am actually doing something completely different.

That happens to me all the time, like when someone is giving a long boring lecture.

I know how you feel I get those too, exept mine realy are promonitions but they happen like one time I'll see somthing and 2/3 months later I see it happen. It feels strange doesent it?
