Poll: Do you trust Sequels?

Sequels are rarely as good as the original but can still be enjoyable. It really depends on the work itself. I reserve judgment until I see a review or see it myself. Also, things like The Two Towers or Mass Effect 2 I don't consider sequels because they were planned parts of a series, more a continuation than a sequel.

OT: I so rarely go to the cinema nowadays that I'm well aware of the reputation of a film by the time I eventually see it, generally on DVD at a friend's house, and neither of my two computers have functioning DVD drives at the moment, so it's unlikely I'll be exposed to sequels to games for a while.
