I only uninstall the absolute worst games, and then the games that have zero replay potential.

Each game tends to sit there on my desktop for about a month afterwards, if I havent touched it in said month then I'm not likely too again and I'll uninstall it.

I do keep finished games partly for the replay value and partly because I am lazy.

I keep every game I love installed, as I'll usually play it again sometime. I rarely uninstall games that I merely enjoyed as my save file, and all my progress would be lost. I only uninstall games that I'll never play again and don't care about the save files for, but I usually prefer buying a portable hard-drive to provide the extra space I need (otherwise I wouldn't uninstall the game, unless I really disliked it, then I'd uninstall it instantly) instead.

I've only uninstalled a couple of games, but 99% of the time i'll keep it installed because i know i'll probably play it again some time. Plus my hard drive is big enough i can have as many games installed and its not an issue

Nah. I'll only uninstall a game if I haven't played it in a while and my computer needs space. Mostly because I play a lot of online games on PC so I can't really beat them.

Not usually.
Because I'm probably going to sit down to play it again in another month or two.

Yes I do, with a few exeptions, I havent uninstalled Max Payne 2 because I lost my cd for it, and I keep WoW installed because sadly I know I will get back to it someday.

Sometimes.

Which would be a lovely option for your poll, since I know I don't have a constant or consistent pattern about this. Or perhaps.

I didn't, but now I have a terrible computer running on maybe 4 gigs of free hard drive space, so I have to if I want to install a different one.
