If an apology would actually help and could happen it would be required of nearly 100 classmates. I was that kid with the dog, minus the dog if you get my meaning. I sat with the kids in detention for lunches simply because they weren't allowed to speak and the school staff understood this so let me be. It wasn't until I took my frustrations out on an adult, physically and painfully, in front of my classmates, that the torment actually stopped. An apology would be nice but it would be utterly meaningless at this point.

The one and only time I got bullied was for one day in year 7. During lunchtime I had my brother from a few years above me take care of em ;) Never had any problems after that so I don't need an apology.
